Miguel José Ferrer (born February 7, 1955) is an American actor and voice actor for villainous roles, notably Bob Morton, a supporting character in RoboCop (1987), the short-tempered FBI agent Albert Rosenfield in Twin Peaks and Dr. Garret Macy on Crossing Jordan, He also voiced the villainous Hun leader Shan Yu in Mulan (1998).
Ferrer portrayed Vice President Rodriguez in Iron Man 3.
