Sebastian Stan (born August 13, 1982) is a Romanian-born American actor. He is best known for playing Prince Jack Benjamin on the television drama Kings and Carter Baizen on Gossip Girl, and the film, Black Swan.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he played the role of Bucky Barnes in the movie Captain America: The First Avenger.
